Customer & Technical Support Technician
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Technician. This position is responsible for providing user support and troubleshooting of high speed Internet issues, field work and installations.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of technical experience with computer network systems, internet troubleshooting, wi-fi application/configuration, excellent customer support skills, a drive for customer satisfaction, a reliable vehicle and a flexible schedule.
We provide a competitive compensation package with salary DOE. This is a full-time year-round position based in Frisco, Colorado.
