Sales Account Manager
ResortInternet, a leading provider of digital guest amenities for Colorado resort hospitality properties is growing! We are looking for a successful Sales Account Manager to join our team to cover Summit, Eagle, Grand and Pitkin Counties.
Reporting to the General Manager, this individual is responsible for sales of satellite TV service, High Speed Internet and WiFi service, and video surveillance systems.
The successful candidate will have 4+ yrs of proven sales experience in a related industry, the ability to work independently, strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong desire to contribute to the company's continued success. Travel outside of Summit County is required.

Customer & Technical Support Technician
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Technician. This position is responsible for providing user support and troubleshooting of high speed Internet issues, field work and installations.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of technical experience with computer network systems, internet troubleshooting, wi-fi application/configuration, excellent customer support skills, a drive for customer satisfaction, a reliable vehicle and a flexible schedule.
We provide a competitive compensation package with salary DOE. This is a full-time year-round position based in Frisco, Colorado.
