User Customer and Technical Support (“CTS”) Subscription Agreement By subscribing for User Customer and Technical Support (“CTS”) for your condo Unit, all High Speed Internet Service (“HSIS”) users in your condo Unit having trouble connecting to or using HSIS can call our toll-free Help Desk phone number for free telephone customer and technical support. The support is provided by ResortInternet, which also provides the HSIS to your Lodge.
Users in your condo Unit – including guests – can request support for connecting to, or using HSIS, by calling our toll-free Help Desk number 877.208.4141, the phone number is also shown on the “Welcome Log-on” screen when first attempting to connect to the HSIS. Support will only be provided to Units subscribing to CTS. The CTS only covers phone support. On-site visits are not included, but may be available in your area for an additional charge. Support is available from 7:00am – 9:00pm daily, including weekends.
By subscribing to CTS, you agree to pay the Annual Support Fee, using a credit card. The CTS Subscription Agreement will automatically renew on the anniversary date, unless you give us notice via our website
(http://www.resortinternet.com/customerSupport/customerSupport.php) of your intent to cancel the CTS Agreement within 60 days prior to your anniversary date.
