We consult with appropriate management to develop a clear understanding of their objectives for HSIS, its intended uses, and how it will be offered to homeowners and rental guests.

We conduct a comprehensive site survey of the prospective property to determine the type & condition of wiring used for telephone & cable television distribution within the building, the construction of the building, location & available space in the telephone/cable equipment rooms, existing inter-connection paths between multiple buildings, and number of units in the property.

We then engineer a custom solution for each particular property using the most cost-effective technology solution for distribution of HSIS within the property. We deploy Ethernet, HPNA, CMTS & Wireless solutions. We determine the most effective method for interconnecting multiple buildings. And we identify & evaluate available transport options (connection to the Internet) before crafting our solution.We do not use a “one-size fits all approach”.

While we propose a range of different transport speeds, we recommend one optimal speed based upon number of subscribers and intended usage.

We also offer our Complete Customer Care Package, consisting of transport, customer support, network management & reporting, and on-site equipment maintenance. Or we can customize a unique customer care package for a particular property.
