- Design the network and architecture – We select reliable properly sized and scalable HSIS equipment, a suitable firewall with IPSEC pass-through compatibility, UPS and surge protection.

- Configure, install & active equipment – We configure all HSIS switching, routing and distribution equipment in our facilities before delivering it to your property. We use our own experienced installers to perform a clean professional installation, scheduled around the constraints of your property’s homeowners and guests. We activate the bandwidth (connection to the Internet), thoroughly test all equipment, and connect it to our remote network monitoring system. We install, label, test and certify all in-room equipment, and leave in-room User Guides to help users.

- Remote network monitoring – We proactively monitor your entire network from our Network Operation Center (“NOC”) in Denver, CO.

- We provide an exceptional level of customer and technical support to homeowners and guests who have issues connecting to our HSIS. Our customer support technicians can handle all problems - from simple user configurations to more complex technical issues.

- On-site equipment repair – We perform all required on-site repair and maintenance services using locally based technicians in each resort area. We honor all manufactures’ warrantees on equipment we install.
